Iryna Zarutska

Iryna Zarutska is a 23 years old Ukrainian refugee that has been ruthlessly stabbed on August 22, 2025, at the East/West Boulevard station on the Lynx Blue Line, in Charlotte, North Carolina by Decarlos Brown Jr (37 years old), who has been arrested and released from 14 charges. Her murder make many outraged when nobody did want to help her after being stabbed by Black man.[1] Decarlos Brown Jr shouted: I got the white girl, after stabbing her.
