Jesse Francis, Jr. (Jeff), Bingaman, born October 3, 1943 (age 80), was a Democratic United States Senator from New Mexico. He was first elected in 1982.[1] He voted with a majority of his Democratic colleagues ninety-five percent of the time during the 112th Congress.[2]
Bingaman decided not to run for re-election in 2012.
