James Richard Baird (born June 4, 1945) is an American businessman and politician from Republican party who serves as the U.S. representative from Indiana's 4th congressional district. Baird served from 2010 to 2018 as a member of the Indiana House of Representatives. Baird was one of 126 Republicans who support Texas v. Pennsylvania against election fraud, but he turned to be establishment tool and voted for $40 billion aid to Ukraine.[1]
