Jocelyn Nungaray was the 12-year-old Texas girl's whose body was found in creek. She was raoed and murderd by strangulation.[1]
Two men have been charged with suspects on charges of capital murder, kidnapping, and aggravated sexual assault.
Jose Martinez-Rangel, Franklin Jose Pena Ramos identified as suspects Family, Sen. Ted Cruz pushed for legislative change following killing.[2]
Suspects used emojis, had tattoos and clothing brands used by Tren de Aragua members.[3]
