Juventus FC

Juventus FC is an Italian soccer club currently playing in Serie A. The club was founded in 1897 by (according to legend) some friends who just wanted to play soccer. The club has been one of the four most successful teams in Italy and retains a rivalry with both Milan teams, but a match-fixing scandal in 2006 sent their director to jail and relegated them to Serie B. Due to the retaining of some of their top players, the club has since rebounded. The team play in black and white vertical stripes. The current manager is Claudio Ranieri; the current sponsor is New Holland Fiat Group. The club is based around Turin.
