Karol Sikora (b. 1948) is an English physician and oncologist. He is a leading authority on cancer, having written many works on the subject and served as chief of the WHO Cancer Program during the 1990s.

UK NHS reform
Karol Sikora has criticized the UK's socialist healthcare system the National Health Service and is an advocate for reform. In February 2017, he described it as the "last bastion of communism", further calling it "monolithic, unmanageable and inefficient".[1]
