Luddite

A luddite is a person opposed to technological change. The term Luddite carries a connotation of destroying new technology.
First recorded in 1811 it was named for Ned Ludd. The Luddites were originally people opposed to the Industrial Revolution in 19th century England and who sometimes resorted to violent protests.
