Mark Felton
Mark Felton (born 1974) is a British historian, author, and popular YouTuber known for his work on military history, particularly relating to World War I, World War II, and the Cold War.
Felton has written over 20 non-fiction books, including international bestsellers like Zero Night and Castle of the Eagles, both of which are currently in development for film adaptations.[1] His books cover a wide range of topics, including war crimes, famous escapes, and key figures from the Nazi era.
He runs two successful YouTube channels, which have accumulated millions of subscribers and views: Mark Felton Productions: This channel focuses on historical documentaries, with an emphasis on 20th and 21st-century conflicts. War Stories with Mark Felton: This channel offers free audiobooks written and narrated by Felton.
Felton appears regularly as a historical expert in television documentaries on channels such as The History Channel, Netflix, National Geographic, PBS, and the American Heroes Channel.
He holds a PhD in history from the University of Essex and has taught at several universities, including the University of Essex in the UK and Fudan University in China.
He is a Fellow of both the Royal Historical Society and the Royal Society of Arts.
