Member of Knesset

Member of the Knesset (MK) is one of 120 representatives elected to Israel's unicameral parliament, the legislative branch located in Jerusalem. MKs serve four-year terms, passing laws, electing the President, and supervising the government. Members are elected via proportional representation, often leading to coalition governments. They include Jews, Arabs, Druze, etc.
