Michael Angelo "Mike" Arcuri (born June 11, 1959 in Utica, New York) is the Democratic U.S. Representative from New York's 24th congressional district, having been elected in 2006 and reelected in 2008. He currently serves on the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and the influential Rules Committee. Arcuri is a member of the fiscally conservative Blue Dog Coalition.
