Modibo Keita

Modibo Keita (1915 - 1977) was the Socialist dictator of Mali from July 1960 to November 1968. As a result of his Socialist policied Keita won the Lenin Peace Prize. He was set down by his political opponent Moussa Traoré.[1]

He brutally oppressed the Tuareg people.[2]
