My Jesus (song)

My Jesus is a Contemporary Christian song by Anne Wilson (not to be confused with Ann Wilson, co-lead singer of the rock duo Heart), released in April 2021. The song ultimately reached #1 on the US Hot Christian Songs chart and the Bubbling Under Hot 100 secular chart as well.

The upbeat, country/blues gospel song is itself rooted in tragedy: four years earlier Anne's brother Jacob (age 23 at the time) was killed in an auto accident, which is somewhat portrayed in the song's music video (it begins with a doctor telling a couple that there was nothing more he could do, and the video is interspersed with scenes of a young girl and an older brother along with the couple struggling with the loss).
