NFL gambling
From Conservapedia
NFL gambling is a multi-billion-dollar industry of exploitation of those with gambling addiction. It is also the height of hypocrisy, as the NFL in 2021 entered into exclusive contracts with gambling operations while months later abusively punishing a player who while away from the game wagered a small amount.[1]
| “ | Last year the NFL announced five-year contracts worth nearly $1bn combined with DraftKings, FanDuel and Caesars to become the league’s official sports betting partners, in addition to secondary deals with BetMGM, WynnBET, Fox Bet and PointsBet.[1] | ” |
The NFL fuels Genius Sports as an exclusive distributor of real-time, official play-by-play statistics, and proprietary as the NFL's official sports betting data feed to media companies and sports bookies worldwide:
| “ | The expansion of this partnership follows the successful launch and integration of official NFL data throughout the sports betting, media and broadcast ecosystem, redefining the way fans engage with the NFL. Today, Genius Sports powers over 98% of the legalized U.S. sports betting market with official NFL data, driving innovations such as player props, micro-betting, same-game parlays and personalized data-driven advertising content.[2] | ” |
