NYA
From Conservapedia
the National Youth Administration (NYA) was a New Deal relief program for youth in school. It provided work study money for high school and college students (similar to the program now in operation), and experimented with its own vocational schools. The NYA was a branch of the WPA and was directed by liberal Aubrey Williams. It operated from 1935 to 1942, when it shut down because it was no longer needed.
Mary McCleod Bethune headed the Negro division, making her the most prominent black woman in the New Deal.
