NewsBusters
NewsBusters.org is a media-focused blog. Its motto is "Exposing and Combating Liberal Media Bias". In August 2005, the Media Research Center (MRC) "launched the the NewsBusters blog to provide immediate exposure of liberal media bias, insightful analysis, constructive criticism and timely corrections to news media reporting". As such, NewsBusters is not a news site; rather, it performs what it describes as "blog media criticism" - essentially, fact-checking and commentary on the inaccuracy, distortions, and propaganda of the liberal media. By exposing liberal bias and errors in mainstream media, NewsBusters seeks to apply pressure on those media outlets, forcing them to change their ways.
NewsBusters.org is "a project of the MRC, the leader in documenting, exposing and neutralizing liberal media bias".[1]
Tim Graham is director of media analysis at the Media Research Center and executive editor of NewsBusters.[2]
In 2021, it rated CNN led by Don Lemon on top of the list of most biased.[3]
