Pepé LePew is Warner Bros Looney Tune character who is a French skunk who views himself as the ultimate, suave romantic. He is relentlessly persistent, oblivious to rejection, and entirely unaware of his own flawsâspecifically, his overwhelming, terrible odor. He spends his time aggressively pursuing a black cat (who accidentally got a white stripe painted down her back), completely misinterpreting her desperate attempts to escape as playful romantic teasing.
