Plant
A plant is any member of the kingdom Plantae. Taxonomically, plants can be divided into non-vascular (mosses, liverworts, hornworts, and algae) and vascular plants. Vascular plants contain lignified tubes that help transport water within the plant. The best known plants are the flowering plants. Most flowering plants have six parts: Leaves, Flowers, Fruit, Stems, Seeds and Roots.
Plants are generally capable of photosynthesis, although there are parasitic plants for which this is not the case.

Plants in the Bible
Plants were created on the third day of creation.[1] God gave us every seed-bearing plant and every fruit-bearing tree for food and also gave every green plant as food for "every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth."[2]
