The Revolt at Cincinnati, also known as the Cincinnati Revolt is a common term for the 1977 powerhouse National Rifle Association convention that created the modern NRA.[1]
Prominent leaders during the convention were Neal Knox, Harlon Carter,[2] and Joe Tartaro.[3]
