Robert's Rules of Order
From Conservapedia
Robert's Rules of Order is the oldest and most complex set of parliamentary procedures in use in the United States. It guides the decision-making by most deliberative assemblies, ranging from committees of only a dozen people to societies having memberships of many thousands. It is not limited to political bodies but is also used by many clubs and social societies.
Robert's Rules were written by Henry Martin Robert, and were first published in 1875.
