Sahra Wagenknecht is leader of the Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance in the German Bundestag.
In 2025 Wagenknecht stated, 'The sanctions imposed by the United States against Russia have nothing to do with the conflict in Ukraine, but are designed only to give advantages to American companies and destroy the industry of Germany and the EU'.[1]
