Samuel Holten

Samuel Holten (1738 - 1816) was a Massachusetts delegate to the Continental Congress from 1778-1780, 1783-1785, and in 1787, serving as president pro tempore of that body in 1785. Holten was also a signer of the Articles of Confederation, and a Representative to the Third Congress from 1793-1795.[1]
