Schiermonnikoog

Schiermonnikoog is an island and a municipality of the province Friesland, The Netherlands. It's situated East of Ameland and West of Rottumerplaat. The only town on the island is Schiermonnikoog. This town is also one of the few remaining places where Frisian is spoken as the primary language.[1]
