This is the homework that is part of the Soviet History curriculum.
Specifically, this is the homework for the Soviet History Lecture: Background & Terms lecture.
7th grade:
- Pick five terms and use them in a sentence.
- Pick two terms that you find confusing or challenging, and explain why.
10th grade:
- Review the details about Joseph Stalin. Identify five terms that should be closely associated with Stalin, and identify three terms that are inconsistent with Stalin.
- Write three paragraphs about what the various terms about Soviet History indicate. Make sure to reference at least 10 of those terms by name.
12th grade Advanced Placement:
- From reviewing the terms and lists, pick a specific year that you consider the most central to Soviet History. Write three paragraphs justifying your answer, and make sure to use at least 10 of the terms presented on the list of terms.
- Reviewing the list of Soviet leaders, pick one and criticize them in three paragraphs using at least 10 of the terms presented on the list of terms.
