→Top tier: And Sen. Paul should be ranked above Hawley and Vance!
Hawley and Vance both deserve to be ranked above Ron Johnson if the theme of this year's award is about developing a populist movement.

Ron Johnson does not deserve more credit for his victory than the locals who defeated the Dropbox Dems. They should be rewarded before him, for it was they who did all the work.
If Hawley gets a high ranking for opposing aid to the Russia-Ukraine War, Paul should get an even higher ranking since his general politics truly represent some core historic GOP roots, aka embodying conservatism!
