'''DICTATORSHIP IS BETTER THAN DEMOCRACY...'''
'''Al Jolson''' (born '''Asa Yoelson''' in Russian [[Lithuania]] 1886 - died in [[San Francisco]] 1950) was a [[Jewish]] American actor and singer who often wore 'black face' makeup.
He is best known for his role in the 1927 film ''The Jazz Singer'', which was one of the first films with audible dialogue.
