Allah is the same as the Judeo-Christian God. The word 'Allah' means "He who is above all else" in Arabic. However, the difference between Muslims and Jews and Christians is each has their own book representing the word of God.  The Jews follow [Talmudism]. There is a difference in the central text of the religions, not God himself. EvelynJ. Actually, the Jews consider themselves their god's chosen people. See interview of Harold Rosenthal The Hidden Tyrrany.

:It's a different interpretation of the god of Abraham. so es they are following the same god, but with a different interpretation then Christians do (the Islamic version is much more closer to the Jewish one in a number of aspects)--SeanS 08:43, 28 May 2011 (EDT)

:: Well, if you ask me, it's kind of a moot point whether or not Allah is the same thing as the Christian God, because Christians consider Islam's teachings to be false anyway...so really, whether or not Allah and the Judeo-Christian God are the same thing is sorta an unanswerable question, because the entire belief system revolving around Allah is false...eh it's confusing. But do you get my point? --StoryMaker 20:04, 21 July 2011 (EDT)
