::::::::::Andy is the ultimate authority on this website, meaning that he can make exceptions to the laws. His only criticism of my blocks was for not using the right warning when banning users who violate our policy on usernames. Anyway, from looking at some of the blocks you have given it is clear that you are not acting as an emergency sysop either. My two favorite examples are DonnyC (oh the irony!) and AugustO, but these are far from the only ones. BTW, if you'll at some of the blocks given by your friends AlanE and Dvergne you'll notice that they too are far from acting as emergency sysops, why won't you go and chastise them a little?
