Update the brief note on Dawkins' lawsuit against Josh Timonen. It appears that, worse than being sloppy financial oversight on his part - the lawsuit itself was entirely baseless, and quite possibly defamatory and fraudulent. The case was dismissed with prejudice and Josh Timonen is now suing Dawkins and others.
