The Apostle Paul wrote that before becoming a Christian, individuals are "children of wrath".  So Portman was wrong about this matter. Portman was also wrong in endorsing homosexual "marriage". Being that he worked closely with Mitt Romney, it is not surprising he is a RINO. Abraham Lincoln didn't advocate homosexual marriage.  Lincoln converted from skepticism to Christianity (or at the very least theistic rationalism). No true Republican endorses gay marriage!
