:::Thanks Brenden, but there is no point. K. has decided in his wisdom, that AlanE (no one else, mind you) has to abide by the reference strictures of whatever university he has settled in. He could have told me this in 2007 but didn't. He has let me write oh so many articles - has fixed links on them, reverted vandalisations of them, corrected their spelling and typos, then suddenly decided they need university grade referencing. And called me a wimp when I complain.
:You see... I have realised that the obsequiousness of Markman et al is far more important to them than the many thousands of words engendered by someone who actually knows what he is talking about.
