Yeah. I don't think renaming a userbox is a good idea, at least not after they have been placed on a user page. I am going to stay away from that. :Templates are generally redirect-friendly. And the "move article" function (which is just what a rename is) creates the redirect in the old spot automatically, so it shouldn't be a problem. It's not the recommended behavior in this case (I'd prefer things to stay where they are once they're being used), but it should work out.
