I'm really sorry that this happened.  I see that you have been a contributor for almost 6 years, nearly the entire life of Conservapedia, and have been a sysop for 2 years.  This should not have happened to you.

The network problems that you cite have been a serious and ongoing problem for a few months now.  They seem to be a combination of two problems:  CP's server not quite being up to handling all the current traffic, and some kind of firewall change that was put in as a measure to keep out people from a specific other site; I suspect that both of these problems were affecting you at various times.  The firewall change does not seem to have accomplished its goal cleanly—two computers that I use, right next to each other and with with consecutive IP addresses, neither of which has ever logged into Conservapedia or followed a "referrer link" from that other site, have had their connectivity go up and down randomly and differently over the last few months.  Whatever the firewall problem is, Andy seems to be able to fix it on a case-by-case basis, and, as you can see above, he has done it for you.  He also did it for me (on yet another computer) several weeks ago.

You are not the only victim of these network problems.  Quite a number of users from Conservapedia's "heyday" of a couple of years back have disappeared.  This includes, for example, "[http://www.conservapedia.com/index.php?title=User_talk:Aschlafly&diff=1067961&oldid=1067901 WilcoxD]", another long-time contributor, who also left because of network issues.  There just aren't that many active contributors anymore.  And nearly all of the new ones are spammers; spamming wikis has become a big business in the last couple of years.  We saw it at another wiki I'm involved with.

I see that you had a similar incident of disillusionment in 2008, and came back.  Perhaps you will come back again.  I hope the network situation will be more favorable in the future.
