Rob Ford is the [[Mayor]] of Toronto, a city located in Canada.  In 2013, reports surfaced that Ford had been videotaped while smoking [[crack]].  Ford initially denied it.  Though later, it turned out that the video was true.  So, Ford was lying.  He was forced to recant his initial denials, blaming it on a "drunken stupor."
