Line 24:
Line 24: − − In the Name of Christ may the Lord rebuke you. You are allowing the church to be taken captive to a POLITICAL ideology, as if God fits nice and neatly into ANY one political ideology. You are perverting the gospel and I'm telling you, though I know it will do no good, to turn back and stop robbing the church of its power. You really tell yourselves that God cares about your supposed "capitalist" ideology? You're so staunchly for YOUR conception of "capitalism" that you're even willing to let people die if the fix is the supposedly "Christian" government structure we have inherited gives out welfare to people? And you think it's Christianity you're defending, rather than putting God's name on something perverse? How dare you?! 2 Timothy 4:3: "For a time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine, put will surround themselves with great teachers who tell them what their itching ears want to hear." You think that doesn't apply to YOU, trying to rewrite the Bible to fit into your narrow-minded POLITICAL ideology? Indeed, as the Bible said, even the elect are deceived. God rebuke you!!!! −
