:Indeed it is supposed to happen. God allowed entire cities to turn to crap, only to obliterate them, and this was in the days when a city was a nation in its own right. Now it is happening again, but with a global civilization rather than a city state. This may seem like overenthusiastic extrapolation, but it looks to me like Conservapedia will eventually come to serve as kind of an Ark - perhaps one of several - when it is time for God to start the whole humanity thing again. This is a natural cycle that the Mayans had some primitive inkling of, even though they missed the point of it. There are already stores of valuable plant seeds being prepared, and that is a different kind of Ark, perhaps more directly analogous to the original. Even though the maintainers of such arks do not know their true purpose and may even be atheists in some cases, they are serving God through dedication to their work. They are the new Noahs.
