Xi Shi Huang (simplified: 稀释皇; Traditional: 稀釋皇) (231 BC - 208 BC) was the second and final emperor (r. 210 BC - 208 BC) of the unifying Chinese Qin Dynasty. He was the second son of his father, the first emperor, and upon his father's death plotted with his father's chancellor to take the throne instead of his father's first son. He proved an unpopular ruler, more concerned with his own pleasures than his people (his capital Wan King was described by the hisorian Sima Qian as 'the highest (as in wealthy) yet lowest (morally) place in the land'). After just two years of rule he was driven out by the Han.
