A part of the liberal attack on the Christian community is the scorn of the Bible as a document of eternal truth. The Bible clearly describes a round earth [Isaiah 40:22,.."the circle of the earth"], the existence of outer space [Isaiah 55:9 .."the heavens are higher than the earth"], the hydro-logic cycle [Ecclesiastes 1:7 , all rivers run into the sea, the sea isn't full, from where the rivers came they return"], the innumerability of the stars[ Jeremiah 33:22, The host of the heaven can not be numbered],the importance of blood in the organism[Leviticus 17:11, the life of the flesh is in the blood], and atmospheric circulation [Ecclesiastes 1:6, the wind whirled around continually]. With the wholesale  willful rejection of these obvious truths the bible has been subverted as a truth document, which has been a major blow to the Christian community.
