Providing a balanced budget and implementing ''actual'' free trade are obviously things a liberal cannot do, by definition. [http://larouchepac.com/node/13962 Here is an article] that demonstrates how "free trade" by Clinton's definition merely meant "outsourcing everything and destroying jobs."
