The '''aborigines''' are the native people of [[Australia]]. Like most native peoples, they are dark-skinned, and traditionally dress in [[loincloth]]s. However, in the [[20th century]] they began to come out of the interior of the [[Outback]] and into modern society, where they occupy a place similar to [[African Americans]] in America. Very few aborigines still wear loincloths, except in tourist parks.

Aborigines are not [[Christian]]; instead, they tell their own [[pagan]] [[creation]] stories of the "Dream Time", in which the world was created by a giant [[kangaroo]]. Both [[Biblical science]] and [[evolutionism]] contradict the aboriginal myths, though, because kangaroos were not created until ''after'' the [[Earth]] itself.
