I respectfully don't agree with what you just stated above and would like to hear what a CP Administrator or an an actual CP policy such as [[Conservapedia:Editing_article_and_talk_pages#Categories]] has to say about it. The reason I say that is that numerous other Wikis I have looked at to verify what you are suggesting, have articles that are listed in multiple categories --- even within larger and smaller categories. P.S. Regarding what you have been saying about the Categorizations for the redirect for [[Unfree state]] mentioned by both you and [[, I see no policy on that and I find that it is a good way of Categorizing something that hasn't yet had an article written about it.
