There is no such thing and [[criminal|wolves]] can always get a [[firearm]] into these areas. Given an evildoer with a willingness to die, these areas then become '[[Essay:France Pays Dearly - Liberal Gun Control Laws and Gun Free Zones that Welcome Terrorists|free fire zones]]' where [[shooting|shooters]] have engaged with initial impunity.
