I don't think the wiki software on which this website is based is even capable of doing something like that short of locking every single page every Sunday which would defeat the whole purpose of your idea since it would be a whole lot of work. If that is so, then maybe the front page could ask people not to edit or use Conservapedia on a Sunday. Or administrators could set a lead and example by not working on Sundays.
