The team produced three feature length cinema releases between 1975 and 1983. These were:
* [[Monty Python and the Holy Grail]] (1975).
* [[The Life of Brian]] (or Monty Pythons Life of Brian) (1979).
* [[The Meaning of Life]] (1983).
The Life of Brian caused much controversy including allegations of [[blasphemy]] by [[Christian]]s when it was originaly released as it depicts the life and subsequent [[cruxifiction]] of a young Judean during the Roman Occupation called Brian of [[Nazareth]].
