'''First person shooters''' are games that involve a player to play from the first person perspective to interact with a 3D enviroment, Solving Puzzles, creating things, and most commonly, Attacking people or sometimes aliens or robots. In most first person shooter (FPS) games, the objective is to get the most kills or at least more kills than the other team, often called Team Deathmatch. In first person shooters, you view the world through the eyes of the character while in third person shooters you view the character from behind.

The enemies in these games are often virtual people ([[Non-Playable Character (NPC)|NPC]]'s) but may sometimes be aliens, robots, or other fictitious entities. One of the more common Game Modes is "Team Deathmatch", whereby the objective is to get the most kills or at least more kills than the other team. In first person shooters, the world is viewed through the eyes of the character. Alternatively, third person shooters are viewed from the back of the character model.
