'''Bug chasing''' or “'''gift-giving'''” is an insane practice of [[LGBT]]I subculture where [[homosexual]] men desperate to find a new sexual high deliberately seek the deadly [[HIV]] virus from infected men thus celebrating and eroticizing it.
