Though Donald Trump is adamant, that 98% of the ''customers'' - as the students were called in internal documents - were satisfied<ref>w[http://www.98percentapproval.com/ 98% approval - The Truth about Trump University]</ref>, more than 16% of the students who paid 35,000$ for the top courses received refunds and more than 30% of those who paid for the 1,500$ package got refunds. There are at the moments three lawsuits pending over the practices of Trump University:
