::That is annoying that your bot isn't compatible with the update, but is there a way to take your basic code and put it into a new "adaption" framework? As far as my own attempt, I'm finding a number of off-the-shelf "bots" which are freely available, but pre-configured for Wikipedia. :::Since my last post, I have gotten a few answers to my questions. I also now have a working [[User:DavidB4-bot|batch edit bot]]. It has a lot of limitations and a few bugs, but it's a start. I would like it if one of use could get a sort of vandalism reduction/reversion bot working, as you previously had. I in no way want to steal the task from you, but if you can't get something like this working, I would appreciate some guidance as to what previously worked and how it failed. In any case, I would very much like an improved edit bot, as what I have now is a simple, static cue of batch tasks to execute, either once or recursively. This is proving useful, but not as useful as I would like.
