I have made a userbox thingy for Juaquin Martinez, as he is a Red Sox fan, and I did use the logo...with the required warning that it might be changed, etc. I am thinking of the possibility that such a logo can be used by a fan as mere fan support for his team, but for that we'd have to check with the owner of the logo.
