The only solution acceptable to The Reality Coalition is the elimination of coal as energy, which is not only unacceptable, but impossible. Also, like typical progressives, they ignore that the Federal government does not have the constitutional authority to ban coal or carbon dioxide (despite their best efforts to pervert the Commerce Clause to grant almost unlimited government power). If they get their way, Americans will be bankrupt from high energy costs and [[China]] will dominate energy with their two coal-fired plants being built every two weeks.
