Revision as of 11:37, July 12, 2016
, 11:37, July 12, 2016→top: clean up & uniformity
The '''World Championship Kinetic Sculpture Race''' is the original event of its kind. It is a three day event in [[Humboldt County, California]] staged on Memorial Day weekend each year. In 1969, [[Hobart Brown]] converted a tricycle into a [[human]] powered work of art and raced two friends down the Main Street of [[Ferndale, California]]. The event caught on, and has grown to a three day event with as many as 40 teams entering.
